Laneway 2013

Call me lame but I went for Laneway for the sole reason of OF MONSTERS AND MEN BECAUSE THEY ARE MY NEW FAVOURITE BAND THEY ARE SOOOOOO INSANELY GOOD ESPECIALLY LIVE I DIED A LITTLE INSIDE WHEN THEY CAME ON STAGE. I do wish I was a tad bit (maybe 20 cm) taller because my view kept being blocked by FOOLS WHO DO NOT KOW ANY OF THEIR SONGS

And they were adorable! (Not the fools, I'm talkin bout OMAM) After their lovely performance they whipped out their polaroids to take pictures of the crowd! Pity that they only played a couple of songs.

Besides, OMAM, I watched Polica and Bat for Lashes and Gotye and Kimbra and Tame Impala. Alright, not bad, pretty good, amazing, and shit respectively. Nigel and I had to take frequent breaks  in the comforting air-conditioned MBS nearby because it was so incredibly hot that day!!!!!!!! Both of us burnt like 2 cookies left in the oven for a lil too long, but luckily, we didn't turn out red like some of the white people there (not racist). Ha, see ah lians, not so great being all pale is it

(on a side note, WTF MY KEYBOARD IS SPOILT THE QUESTION MARK CAN'T BE TYPED GRRR lucky I'm not overly inquisitive or have a penchant for rhetorical questions but yes, I would love a mac book for my birthday :D)
