The past 2 days have been filled with sweat, blood, tears and a whole lotta fun!! AC games felt like orientation all over again except you didn't have to prove to everyone and yourself that you're actually normal because you could be with your classmates, the people who have to accept you through and through (or not).
As much as I dreamed of having a super sporty class where we could kick some butt together, I am glad I'm in AA2. Unfortunately, we did not dominated soccer and ultimate frisbee. We barely survived. In the end, I think we managed to salvage 2 floorball matches (only because Jeremy's a magical maestro once you bestow him with any sort of stick with a spherical object on the ground), a dodgeball match (only because we are ruthless) and a Taboo games (only because that was not an actual sport). But none of it mattered. Because we were "the class that keeps on losing but they seems to be having the most fun" and nothing could compare.
As goddamn exhausting as it was having to play almost every game because I have classmates like Hui Er who shy away from sports like their life depended on it, it was the best 2 days of school this year! I take back a horrible sunburn (let's put it as my head, forearms and legs are Malay and the rest of my body is Chinese), muscles so tired, I have to physically lift my legs up to tie my laces, and so much love for Anglo-Chinese Junior College.
